3-star review? I’m so Happy!!

either love her or hate her, lukewarm, podcast review, star review

star-3789708_640

I recently saw that my podcast, the Art & Science of Feminity, has a 3 star review. When I looked closely to discover why I received that rating, I discovered I had one:

finger-3530353_640

and the other:

criticism-3083101_640

I was so elated!!

This meant I did not have two 3-star ratings!

I did not have two people that said ‘I feel lukewarm about her‘.

Instead, I had two very passionate people saying two different things:

I really love her material and feel it has value my life!

&

I really do not vibe with her content at all.

Whew! That is so much better than being labelled as lukewarm. I rather have people love me or hate me, but never so-so or lukewarm about me 🙂 Those raters made my day!!

Although….if I’m not feeling someone’s show, if I know it’s not for me, I just click off or find one that is. Personally I do not want to hurt someone’s online presence, even if I feel they are wrong, because I know it’s gold to others trusting in you and their info might be for someone else out there.

So I don’t understand the reason I received a one star? Especially when I pour my time talent and heart into everything I do, unless that rater may be a Feminist. If so, I don’t understand why they’d tune in to listen to my show, unless they are ready to go Feminine! But we currently have freedom of choice, so I digress….I’m just so relieved that someone does connect with my show and that I didn’t get 3 stars from two people.

What’s your opinion on this?

With all the talk about being isolated, stuck and quarantined, I think one needs to stay mentally healthy during this time as equal to, if not more than, one’s physical health.
Here are some ways to do that:

1. Study a topic you’ve always wanted to learn more about. They’re are now numerous online FREE classes you can take from universities, apps, and organizations. Take advantage while it’s available. Do a search online to find the perfect one for you.

2. Make your environment more excellent by keeping everything cleaned deeply, organized well, and neatly designed. Maybe do some low cost redecorating to make your space more suitable for full time at home living. Look on Pinterest or Youtube for ideas.

3. Take time to be present with your immediate family, to fully experience their presence, and engage in their lives. Research ways to spend unique time with them.

4. Develop & invest in yourself and character. Do you need to forgive anyone? Are you envious of someone you know? Have you purposely done any one harm, whether great or small? Time to purify yourself of any evil within & have God cleanse you with His goodness. Prayer, mediation, and reading HIs Word will help you do this, as well as asking the Holy Spirit to bring to your attention things you need to perfect in yourself.

5. Make new friends online. Humans were created for social connections and need them more so during this time. Find the best social media outlet for you and befriend someone or many!

The Classic Prophetess

#women prophets, biblical female prophets, historical prophets, proof woman can speak in church, proof woman can speak out of church, prophetess, prophetic women, prophetic women of the Bible, real prophetess, women prophetess

Amidst all of the Male Prophets we grow up learning about, did you know that there were also Women recorded in history as Prophets? That’s right! Among the Major & Minor Prophets as Recorded in their Self-Named Books, like Isaiah, Ezekiel, Jeremiah, & Daniel, we have EIGHT Female Prophetesses. Gives new thought to women not speaking up in a religious atmosphere, doesn’t it??

Even though 1-4 “verses” or lines were written about each one, we can learn much from those few words about their character, as well as the historical time they lived in.

But first test – Can you guess who they were?

  1. Who was the sister of a major Old Testament Prophet that was also the first recorded Praise Team Leader?
  2. Who were the four unnamed Woman Prophets?
  3. Which female Prophetess was also a Judge in Israel?
  4. Which Prophetess from the tribe of A’ser, spoke over the child Jesus?

Answers at the bottom!

image

Exodus 15:20-21 – Miriam – we know her as a dancer, a singer, and an instrumentalist (she played the Tamborine), she also also prone to jealously over her brother, but most of the time obeyed the Lord’s authority

Judges 4:4 – Deborah – this woman was know for the place she dwelled, under a tree, as people came to her continually for judgement in Israel, and she led the people in a victorious war over their enemies and sung about it afterward

II Kings 22:14 – Huldah – while dwelling in a college, she had connections in constant conversations with high level people, like the priests & the wardrobe keeper’s wife and she was well-respected

Luke 2:36-38 – Anna – it is said she as a older woman of great virtue, served God by fasting and prayers ever day and night, so she could see the Lord clearly when he arrived in Jerusalem

Acts 21:8-9 – 4 Virgin Daughters – as some of the disciples with Paul lodged temporarily with Philip, known as the evangelist, it was noted that his daughters were reputed to be not only chaste but prophetic in their role in the region

These woman are historical proof that the female gender was also respected in the role of a Prophet. The Lord Himself, whom sent them to proclaim, announce, and expose things, was with them. He spoke to them and did not let one of their prophecies be untrue.

Those, usually men whom are very religious and strict by ancient law, already fulfilled (not eradicated, but fulfilled), who said a woman cannot and should not speak in the ‘church’ in quoting one Scripture, not with full knowledge of the culture, custom, and answers to a concern at one time in history, should realize that before there was a ‘church building or religious gathering‘, God sent WOMEN to SPEAK on HIS BEHALF to PROCLAIM very important matters of direction, truth, & encouragement over a NATION, the children of Israel. God Bless the Women..

Answers to quiz:

  1. Miriam
  2. the 4 virgin Daughters of Phillip the evangelist
  3. Deborah
  4. Anna

High Level Femininity, Patterned in Hebraic Temples

Biblical temples, femininity in biblical temples, hebraic temples, high level femininity, uber feminine, ultra feminine

I was meditating one evening, as often biblical characters have done before great significance occurs in their lives, & asked the Lord what He could show me regarding the Tabernacle of Moses and the Temples of Solomon, Zerubbabel, & Herod’s in regards to Femininity.

“Did they really have anything to do with femininity at all?” I wondered. These great structures of Worship and Intercession, where functions and performance were dominated by the men set apart by God. Masculinity oozed from the Temples.

8A1AD033-9090-427A-800B-820617909BB8

Still, I secretly believed that femininity could be perceived in all the duties of the court. This unexplainable assurance was birthed in me months ago; I just didn’t have the evidence. Last week, I asked the Lord if my theory was true. And then, He opened my eyes:

Remember the book I wrote on the 3 Levels of Femininity? If you haven’t heard of it, I categorize all the nuances and characteristics of Femininity in three distinct levels.

He recently showed me how each level relates to a particular glory of the Temples and what they symbolize. Then he showed me how a woman desiring to attain the highest level can do so by going through a simulation of an actual Temple ritual. I detail and describe this exact course a woman needs to take, to become totally and completely surrendered to Christ in Femininity. I also share what each function and furnishing symbolizes to the feminine girl. Here’s a digital copy of it.

Below are the associations He gave me for each level of Femininity:

15BAA3C7-DB4D-43A0-9C8E-8A487A2B57F3

1. Level One Girliness – relates to Solomon’s Temple

The first Temple to be built was done so by a experienced youth that had a heart to fulfill his purpose as role as king and judge with wisdom. Immature yet glorious, the king Solomon built this structure that many were impressed with. The Girly stage of Femininity, is the also first stage and is immature in its nature of being innocent, naive, and inexperienced. It’s pure desire is only to exist to reflect its own glory of loveliness.

2. Level Two Sensuality – relates to Zerubbabel’s Temple

This is the Temple that Ezra and Nehemiah records being rebuilt (by Joshua, Zerubbabel, and prophets of God), after the captivity of Israel. They did their best to resurrect what they formally had, while returning the people to the worship of their God, but it did not match the previous Temple’s riches. This is the nature of Sensuality. It tries to create something, but is not as pure as the former or later layers of Femininity. It’s purpose is for gain, whether selfish or altruistic.

3. Level Three Spirituality – relates to Herod’s Temple

The non-covenant king, Herod wanted to expand on Zerubbabel’s Temple adding luxury, treasure, & opulence to it. It was revered before its destruction. Never again was a Temple of this particular structure and elements were built. This imitates the highest level of Femininity as it has been matured by the other two levels, taking lessons from them, yet now creating a pure form of Femininity. It is the final stage of Femininity. Full of wealth, riches, and treasures of grace, sweetness, and beauty, this level of Femininity is connected to God.

1D399790-DD20-4608-A86A-3AEEBA288A5B

The revelation the Lord shared with me waa just amazing! To know not only the Temples had an general association with Femininity; but to learn the rituals within the Temple could be applied to Femininity really astounded me! When I experienced it, it was life-changing. The kind where no other type of Femininity (goddess, sacred, divine, etc..) expressed by the world could offer. Feminine energy is all things things, but not The Thing. This is how we own our Femininity, experiencing one that is life altering for us – but who owns Femininity?

Redefining Your Period or What to do When You’re Bleeding

help with my cycle, how to cope with your period, how to handle your period, olive swan, the feminine princess, things to do when you're on your period, ways to spend you time when you're menstruating, what to do when you're on it, women topics, your monthly cycle

I had a close friend of mine reference my special time of the month as ‘icky’. Fortunately for me, I don’t see nor experience it that way. I may be one in 3 billion women in this earth, ok 3.838 billion to be exact, at the moment I wrote this, covering 49.6% of the humans on the planet, but as a feminine woman, I don’t actually feel any negative emotions about my menstrual cycle at all. Some women get all worked up about the consequences of Eve’s actions, but no woman can say for certainty that she would not have done the same thing.

earth-11015_640

But that’s another post..

Anyway, back to the monthly cycle, period, or the ‘time of visitation‘ as we call it in my family. We’ve always warned each other that ‘our visitor is here‘ when referring to our periods.

tampon-495739_640

I may be one of the few that feel this way but I would also challenge you to reconsider your menstrual. Having your cycle is actually very symbolic. God always works good out of evil, doesn’t He? So it should no longer be looked at as a curse of Eve, but a blessing for women.

Your cycle is a period of rest, renewal, and release. Let me explain more…

women-936549_640

REST. what female doesn’t like another excuse to rest? Due to one fact: often, we do a lot. I mean a lot. I won’t exhaust you with a long list of just surface things we take care of. but if you’re a female, you know. And we usually put others before ourselves, which means we may not have scheduled time for ourselves. Our period gives us an immediate pass to relax and focus on ourselves, that we may be at our best for others and ourselves.

RENEWAL. a predetermined cycle that restarts every 30 or so days, neatly fitting into each month, gives us an opportunity to renewal ourselves. Just as the moon has a 30 day phase of fully appearing and disappearing symbolizing rebirth, the woman is comparable. You have your preference on how you want to spend your time being restored and revived, but as a feminine woman, I choose to transform to unchartered areas of my life towards feminine excellence.

RELEASE. as the blood flows from our inner most private and sacred part of our nature, it’s a signal to allow any part of ourselves that we no longer desire to keep, currently have no need of, or want to disassociate from, to go. We willing let it part from our souls, spirits, and bodies. We feel lighter. Only retaining what we desire, need, and want in our lives. This helps us grow and evolve, while experiencing a fuller life of our true selves.

Will you welcome your special time each month, as a designated divine time for your flourishing?

Here is a video of “8 Things to do When You’re on IT” and need relief & comfort. let me know your thoughts and what you do when you’re on your period.

Pics from Pixabay!

Rather read the list? See below!

What do you do when you’re on your period?

8 Things to do when You’re on IT

1. Rub a blend of essential oils that targets female hormonal balance for women onto my belly.

2. Drink Raspberry Tea. It’s known for being good to induce or regulate your period.

3.  Watching an emotionally charged movie. This is excellent for releasing emotions that are usually generated during this time that may be felt deeply and intensely.  Recently, I watched a 1979 Aramaic film of Jesus and was crying when they took him!

4. Rest. Laying down in the bed under the comfort of warm and security is a great  rejuvenator during  this time.

5. Read or listen to a love story. What a great way to liberate your passions!

6. Journal.  It’s so much easier when your body slows you down for you to think about things you want to express on paper then when you’re in a flurry of things appear “normal”.

7. Search for pins for your Pinterest board.  It was amazing that I have never understood the hype around smoothie bowls! I know it’s been around for 10 years with the birthing out the Acai bowl, but I just preferred sipping my smoothies rather than eating them. But the last time I was on my period, I got a craving for a cool dessert with a snack twist to it. I looked on Pinterest and found smoothie bowls and fell in love. Nine years later I finally embraced the trend. But this is what my first one looked like on that day of my period:

8. Take a walk in nature. Just walking my dog or digging my feet in the wet sand, puts my spirit and soul in the perspective of a world outside of what’s happening within mine. Breathing fresh air re-grounds me to my connection on this earth, as opposed to being enclosed with the thousand rapid dynamic changes are occurring within my body and soul.

*disclaimer: I’m not prescribing treatment as a doctor would. I’m only sharing what I do on my period.

finding the right mate, how to get a man, how to keep a man, how to meet your man, looking for the one, Mr Right, waiting to get picked

About 15.03 million American women were single in 2018. And only a third of them desired to get married, according to statista.com. And….I used to be one of them. Single & desiring marriages, I mean. Until I met my husband.

Years ago, I was wondering why I wasn’t connecting with the man of my dreams. I started to do all kinds of work on my life: you know what they say ‘Change your reaction, Change your attraction’. Or maybe that was me, but anyway, I knew the more I improved myself, the better chances I have to meeting my man!

I started studying the four most prominent and unforgettable women that married the most influential, wealthy, and admirable men of their time. I wrote all my findings in a book here. Those women were – Abigail, Rebekkah, Esther, & Ruth.

I emulated the patterns I saw in their lives as well as their interactions with both men and women. And I found their  timeless advice to prove sounder than any of today’s relationship coaches.

Things considered counterintuitive, self-sacrificing, & too old fashioned is exactly what I did. Want a seek peek? Listen to my podcast on the topic here.

Please tell me I’m not alone. If I am I need help. If I’m not, I need to find a community…

I have this thing, this thing where I see others on the height in their passions:

1. Dancing on stage after rehearsals of perfecting

2. Speaking another language after months of practice

3. Coaching the youth for inspiration after years of polishing

And because it looks so flawless and effortless…and the people are so passionate and motivated…and I’m drawn to difference and distinction, I too desire to do what they’re doing! I want to become it too!

Its springs up in me to seek it, learn it, and be it, but when it doesn’t come out as pretty or perfect or polished as theirs, I start wondering….

The Sacred Sensorials

empathic, empaths, highly sensitive, highly sensitive person, how to live as a sacred sensorial, how to live as an empath, how top live as a highly sensitive person, sacred sensorial, special group special personality, the rarest of the rare, ultra empahtic, ultra sensitive

Suddenly, with some sort of unspoken, unplanned, and uncanny cadence, it is happening… I see people I never thought existed from my place of origin arising. Empathic, Highly Sensitive, Reserved but Secluded Warriors emerging now to say: I exist, I am unashamed of who I am, and this is what I need to survive. Their mantra is I will help you discover me…

lucas lima

I am not this way to be ‘discovered’, but that appears to be the movement of our culture. It almost seems in fashion today to say your special  because you’re empathic or ultra sensitive. But we are not everyone nor everywhere. Our percentage is small and those within us as Believers are even smaller, the Sacred Sensorials.

Here’s some good news about this tiny group: it can grow. And growth means more like us. More like us means we can be understood, communicate within our language, and feel at home, which is rare in the world.

nasra

The Sacred Sensorial. What is it? Who are we? How can we grow?

This is the term I use to describe a special phenomenon of creatures being made or revealed that I’m grateful to witness at this time. They are spiritual people, that truly seek, pray, and desire, the Beauty of God’s holiness. While in the process of becoming godly or god-like, they metamorphosis into empathic and highly sensitive natures.

God is empathic and extremely sensitive, or how else does He demonstrate countless movements of compassion toward us? And since we become who we are most around, if we spend a lot of time with God, won’t we become like him too?

renato albati

Whether the attribute comes before the action or the action before the attribute, I do not know, but in my case, I had the attribute before the action. I grew up in my teens a highly sensitive child, then became empathic in my twenties, way before I sought a closer marital relationship with Christ.

Then He showed me. Later. Much later. After being committed to Him for a long time, He exposed to me how the attributes of those labelled personalities can be repurposed for Him. Rather, they were initially purposed for Him, but others have misinterpreted its purpose and just try to live in peace with it. But it is actually a calling from God to minister His Divine assignments and messages to others. How many empaths know this? How many are not using their gift to the full capacity it was created for, but instead just shield themselves in ways to cope?

saeed khosravi

Coping is necessary! We need to be our best, and we are this, when we are balanced and harmonized from within to without, but we weren’t given this gift to cope and recharge, and rejuvenate only. We are supposed to lead others in unknown things in the spiritual realm because God entrusted those things to us. The Group with the group.

Anyone desiring to become a Sacred Sensorial can become one. the action before the attributes will be accepted of God too. He will grant any prayer that’s according to HIs will and desires to serve Him. He will bestow it upon you as a result of extreme intimacy with God.

renato abati

Are you interested in learning more? How our methods of living, dealing, and flourishing differ from the usual advice for empaths or highly sensitives? Comment below! If so, I will share more about this, how to cultivate it, how to live in it, how to have fun, and practice serene ways to develop who you are, etc. in either a later post, or a video, but definitely in my next book! If you need guidance on closer spirituality with God to position yourself to advance in Sensorial Sacredness, read my latest book on distinctions here.

Tell me, do you consider yourself a growing Sacred Sensorial?
