Yes that’s right! I found femininity right in the Bible. These scriptures are found from the wisdom book of Proverbs…

Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul and health to the bones. Proverbs 16:24

img_3074

This means we should have pleasant things to say because our words carry such powerful energy that it can effect not only the atmosphere, but our bodies as well. Sweet, loving, good words create health & pleasure to our souls and bodies while evil, bad, or negative ones are a detriment. This revelation from the Lord was given to us well before we discovered this fact to be true. And now new philosophies & religions have been created around this understanding, but our Creator explained this concept to His people first. We are now realizing the depth of this truth, with scientific studies currently supporting this.

Every wise woman builds her house, but a foolish one plucks it down with her hands. Proverbs 14:1

img_3080

This one asserts that as feminine women, we need to learn to have discretion & understanding on how to not only create a ‘home’, but to maintain it. It is clear here, that the woman has the power to create a loving, healthy environment or a hateful, divided one. Proverbs has a lot of wonderful advice on how to make a wonderful home that your family feel safe, nurtured, & inspired in.

Ointment and perfume rejoice the heart. Proverbs 27:9

img_3075

In one of my calls I expound on how important fragrance is and how it relates Biblically to the spiritual realm, so if you want more in depth info, go to my classes tab and access ref#14 on the conference call. Here’s a snippet of what I shared: perfume is an outer symbol of our character & nature. Every one is pleased to smell something delightful. We are full of joy to smell good things, so it is important to daily wear ‘inner’ perfume of the Spirit, which has nine distinct flavors or fruits. We should work on our character so that others are blessed by our presence and not put off by it. Each time you put on perfume, you should be reminded it is the invisible perfume we also carry us equally important to the makeup of our character and to bless others with.

Those are my top feminine scriptures from the Word of God. Do you identify with these or do other scriptures connect more with your feminine persona? Please share them with me!

Hi Lovelies!

Today I wanted to share pages from my feminine Journal, where I reflect on scents & smells…

So I found these Infographics on Pinterest (except 1st one) on perfume that I found fascinating:

img_2678

The cost of smelling good rises as the concentration of oils, herbs, & flowers increase!

img_2662

There’s a breakdown of the measure of pure scent in each type of perfume…seems very little.

Here’s a guide to the kinds of lovely smells you may be attracted to based on the scent group.

Enjoy the discovery of smells and being smelt 💖🌸🍥🌸💖

How (Not) to Lose Friends

early school days, femininity, how not to lose a friend, how to lose a friend, Mandy, true expression, what femininity isn't

A feminine woman is not confusing, deceitful, nor conniving, but is clear and transparent about her feelings, desires, and intentions.

She makes them known whether subtly or overtly, but either way, one can see her behavior, thoughts, and speech all harmonize with her true motives.

Of course we aren’t all born this way. Most of us must learn it… And as I look back to my early school days I realize I acted so unfeminine, that it shames me to this day.

I spent the whole day with my best friend Mandy at Disneyland as my mom kindly escorted us. We had a ball together! Here’s a picture of us below, Mandy is on the left:

IMG_1996.JPG

When we returned to my home & waited for her mom to pick her up, I didn’t want her to go home. I was having so much fun with her I wanted her to stay with me. Yet being a child, I didn’t know how to articulate this maturely, so I came up with a ‘bright idea’ to keep her with me. I told her that her mom was ugly. Now I don’t even remember how her mom looked, but I’m sure she was really lovely looking. I may have said this to Mandy, but I certainly didn’t mean it. I just thought she would think, well if she is, then I’ll stay with my friend. Sometimes, kids can make no sense! My words, however, had a negative affect on her, as you might guess. She started crying so intensely that when her mom came to pick her up, she was still crying. I was sad that she had to go, and her mom probably thought her daughter had a horrible time with me. I don’t recall anymore outings with her after that.

I wish I understood at that time how to plainly say, ‘hey Mandy, I had so much fun with you today, that I’d be sad for you to leave now. Wanna sleep over?’

That would have prevented me from fabricating stuff, making her cry, and gave me what I really wanted: more time with her. So Mandy, wherever you are now, I am so truly sorry for hurting your feelings with a lie because of my inability to express my feelings at that time.

Reflecting on this, causes me to wonder how many women are still fabricating stuff to try and get what they desire from a man? This is not the feminine nor honest way.

If we haven’t learned already, we should train ourselves to express our true feelings and wants to others without blame, judgement, or guilt. We should intuitively wait for the right time, with the right attitude in the right tone of voice and choice of words to share our thoughts and desires with others.

This is a painful lesson I’ve learned with Mandy. For I lost the confidence & friendship with my then best friend in one minute with one wrong and false word, for a lifetime.

Have you had any similar experiences that you’ve now learned from, regarding the expression of your feelings? I would love to hear about it and learn from it as well.

How High Heels are Masculine still today..

High Heels are not feminine…!

Before you throw your stilettos at me, please, let me explain.

You see the ‘high heel’ was originally created for men. That’s right FOR MEN around the world, to show higher status, to help ride animals, & to fight with weaponry. The shoes were bold, powerful, and masculine. Empires such as the Ottoman, Egyptian, Persian, Italian, & England all fortified its use into their culture & fashion.

Then the horrific happens:

img_1796

Oh no!!! You mean to be more masculine,  women decided to WEAR HEELS?!!

Now fast forward to the period of where women wanted ‘equal rights’ and in order to bring women equality in the work force, women wore heels. They understood that the shoes did several magical things for them:

*puts them on the same height level as the average man

*makes up for the deficiency or difference in women compared to men

*gives them a sense of strength, power, & command

But we know femininity is soft, submissive, & sweet. It is also very gentle and unassuming. So due to its nature & purpose, femininity cannot be activated with high heels. Femininity accepts the role of a man being strong, powerful, & in command. She must be at his side as his compliment not his competitor.

Now, where does this leave us? I have plenty of heels, so what should I do?

img_1807

I don’t know if I will donate them all, but I am sure of this: I not only feel more feminine without them, but men are less intimidated to approach me when I wear flats or a very low heel.

Until I figure out the best & generous way to dispose of my high heels, I will continue to wear tennis shoes,  flats, & low heels as I enjoy the company of masculine men 🙂

If you want a near symmetric smile and clear diction, do the exercises prescribed below regularly. They were compiled from suggestions of professionals working in various aspects of a related industry, such as radio disc jockeys, speech therapists, & voice coaches. We can all improve in the area of intonation, voice, & mouth/lip control.

Here are some tips I’ve illustrated to best care for your vocal cords:

I also practice perfecting my voice pitch & tone by following the vocal exercises Roger Love created on a disc for his book called Love Your Voice.

Due to legal / copyright issues, I have included here instead a playlist to his YouTube videos that demonstrate similar exercises:

Call Me ‘Exotic’

call me exotic, dont call her exotic, exotic, Jesus was exotic, what is exotic

Recently, I found & read something surprising on a blog and then about a current young girl movement. They explained why they are emphatically against being labeled as, of all things, ‘exotic’. Their sentiment seems to stem from the word used to describe a particular the category of inanimate living things like animals, plants, fruits, or flowers. Therefore, it appeared degrading to them to be termed as such.

Yes, I agree with the freedom to think, feel, & form an opinion about anything in this world of ours. So I have no argument against those girls & young women, who feel this way. What one perceives, is, what one perceives..

Yet, as for me, I have an affinity with this word EXOTIC…

It is defined as very different, strange, unusual, & Mysterious…

In addition, something exotic is also seen as from another part of the world or from a foreign place.

Well, according the John 18:36, I AM EXOTIC!

Jesus answered, “My Kingdom is not of this world; if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight,….”

Because the Son of Man is my King, I belong to his Kingdom. And not of this world.

Truly, exotic-ness to a person is relative to the environment he or she lives in, like accents or produce. It is also a point of view. So, as a feminine woman, I personally don’t mind being grouped in with the flowers & fruits. Women have ALWAYS been associated with these things since the beginning of time, along with various types of foods or spices..

dessert1

We are known as peaches, cherries, berries, & limes. Men refer to us as pumpkins, honey, sugar, & syrups! And aren’t we the roses, violets, and tulips of a man’s heart?

IMG_7949

Oh, do think of me as Exotic!

There are many facial and physical features some people find exotic, like sharp cheek bones, coarse hair, sexy round eyes, & bubble butts, but I prefer my spirit be exotic above these. I desire to come from foreign lands & realms, to tell tales of special kingdoms forgotten by men. I want to share the native intangible gifts my presence brings to any person willing to embrace me. I love to be extra-ordinary, to deliver refreshment to anyone’s mundane lifestyle.

I breath to embody the EXOTIC.

Please tell me you aren’t offended by this & that you have another perspective on this word as well.

What Men really Want, part 2

what a woman should give a man, what does my man want, What Men really want, what men want, what Men want from a woman, What Men want in a relationship, what Men want in a woman

It’s easy to find out what men want, but to give it to them precisely in the uniqueness of their individuality, takes skills. Every man wants something that differs from other men, as each one is specific & has individual needs. But there are some general agreements that the following things are inherit in most men.

image

Our appreciation~
Men love it when we appreciate anything they do for us. From grand to small or little to big, it makes them feel good about doing something for you when you show genuine thankfulness towards them.

A safe place to open up~
Every man needs a nurturing nest to go to, when the harshness of this world beats against their soul each day. They want to come home to a place that they can rest, have peace, regenerate their spirits, & reveal their secrets.

Hidden gem(s) discovered in him~
Every one wants to feel unique, especially to the person they love & care about. When you draw out, magnify, & celebrate attributes in your man, he takes notice & beams inside. He feels good & thinks you’re special for acknowledging something lovely that others don’t. It could be anything that other men do not have, or don’t do, or are not.

Shown a deeper love~
Men want to experience love that they cannot get from their parents, their male buddies, or a child. They want a woman who is not afraid to love them. The type of love that is not afraid to reach out first & fully, while sinking past the surface, in order to share deeper emotions of love, kindness, tenderness, gentleness, & affection. This love shares loving thoughts & demonstrates loving behavior, at all times.

To be around a confident woman~
A woman who believes & knows she has something no other woman has is powerful. She accepts her imperfections as her unique trademark, which frees her to be able to enjoy sharing her true talents with her man. She isn’t insecure to the point of debilitation neither is she a nuisance toward other women. She simply is…radiating confidence!

What do MEN really want?

what can I give my man, what do men really want, what do men want, what does my man want, what men want

IMG_4227

Every girl want to know what is at the heart of every man. They appear to be alien to us as they speak different a language, operate at different a frequency, & live with a life different code. They are hard to decipher, since they are so much different from us, which make them very delicious!

But what do they what?

We know what we want: love, security, protection, & a never ending shopping spree!

Yet men are a mystery to us, as we are to them. But I’m happy to share that I found out their secret. Yes, my lovely ones, I have poured over many male&female relation-ship materials: books, sites, movies, songs, poems, & interviews.

And so I uncovered it.

I discovered that, although each man is different and will have different goals, focuses, & mannerisms, they are share a set of basic wants.

Once you discover these wants, you can begin to have a better relationship, conversation, and interaction with them, since you will understand the basis of their existence with us. Men want a lot of things, not unlike us women, but I will concentrate of the top 5 critical wants of many men.

5 To be successful ~ a man’s definition of himself is often defined by how successful he believes he is. He wants to accomplish great things in his own eyes. It could be getting that promotion, winning a trophy, or signing a major client to his company.
4 To be needed ~ men just need to be needed! They need to feel their existence is worth something to the person they care about the most. Whether you ask him to help with understanding a complex concept or pulling something off a high shelf, needing him gives his self worth around you an extra boost.
3 To be respected ~ while women crave to be loved, men need to be respected, by his family, his community, but especially by his lover. He wants to feel that his life , his decisions, his capability of being a man & taking care of business is highly respected. You can show him respect by allowing him to take the reins, made decisions, great or small, & choosing to follow his direction willing & cheerfully. Compliment him on good choices he makes concerning himself or for you.
2 To be honored ~ the best ones to show a man the honor that makes him feel like he can fly over any mountain, are the ones in his own immediate family. Treating him special due to his own uniqueness empowers him to be a great man. It bolsters self esteem, self confidence * self worth, in his mind, spirit, and soul. Watch any environment change to favor those who honor any man.
1 To be admired ~ look at any thing a man has accomplished or overcame, no matter how tiny or enormous. Whichever it is, magnify it in his presence. Genuinely appreciate him for whatever he has done to achieve any thing at any time in his life.

Can you think of anything that you believe men really want?

How to inherently live in Feminine Energy

feminine elements, feminine energy, feminine media, feminine things, femininty, girly stuff, how to be feminine, how to live in feminine energy, how to weave in feminine things in your day

Sometimes it’s overwhelming to mature in all the nuances of becoming a natural woman at once. From dress to movements & character to spirit, there is a lot of work to do!

But you can make your journey easier & quicker by living in feminine energy. This is achieved through your thoughts. When you daily think FEMININE, it become a subconscious part of you.

At that moment, you make the transference from actively & consciously working on it, to innately & subconsciously being it….how lovely!

There are many fun ways to incorporate femininity into your day. Here are four ways, taken from my book the 39 Elements to Femininity:

~Place the most softest images in front of you each day. Put them in a place where you dwell in and/or look at the most. Here are great illustrations:

femme art.jpg
IMG_1563

IMG_6626

~Listen to at least 3-5 *beautiful* songs every day. Something romantic or sensual, serene or nature-like, harmonic or celestial, & epic or mellow, to alter any harshness encountered with your day, with your environment, with your past, and/or with your circle of friends.

My favs are:

1. Micha El ~ The Image of God ~ Aramaic
2. Axiom of Choice ~Turquoise Island – Farsi ( I believe )
3. Hossam Ramzy ~ Tool Omri Ba-Hebbak ( I loved you all my life ) ~ Arabic

~Watch movies with the classiest women & watch how they move and respond to stimuli around them. Imitate them in a mirror to make sure you are doing it precisely like them.

I recommend Funny Face (1957), Belle (2013), & One Night with the King (2006)

~Practice making *lovely* sounds every day. You can speak the most loveliest words into your conversations, make ooos or ahhs, practice playing a soft instrument, like a flute, hand cymbals, violin, or mimic various cute animals utterances.

The words I love to use in my interactions are ‘fluffy’,’ lovely’, & ‘marshmallows’.

Taking a small amount of time out of your day of 24 hours, & really about 16 waking hours, it is possible to interweave most of these elements into your day or even once a week, since the movies are about 2 hours long 🙂

If you would like more information, check out my book*, where I prescribe 39 elements for you to unleash your femininity within 5 weeks.

*Available on kindle & print.

Your Voice

elements to a girls voice, feminine voice, girly girl voice, girly voice, your voice

A Feminine Woman must have a euphonious voice in order to harmonize with the rest of her girly-ness. A woman who is maturing in her femininity but sounds brash, roaring, grating, piercing, or whining in her speech, will not be desirable to be around. And femininity is mainly about creating a space and atmosphere of desire.

Desire to love, desire to nurture, desire to be…

Men love to hear a Femme who sounds lovely and lilting. If she purrs, whirs, sighs, hums, murmurs, and whispers, he will find her delightful company! For these reasons, if you as a feminine woman, do not already sound this way, we must get to work of your voice immediately!

In order to have a sweet euphonious voice, we should look at terms to describe the quality of sound. I turned toward musical lexicon to do so. Here are a few of the most essential parts of great sound quality:

IMG_3525.JPG
*Pure ~ your throat must not be coated with dairy products in order to produce a pure sound
*Tune ~ you must find to right level range for you voice to operate in, if you go to high or low, you will place stress on your vocal cords
*Pitch ~ your voice creates high , low, or flat frequencies in sound waves; find a comfortable yet feminine one for your distinct voice
*Focus ~ you must not be distracted with other ideas and thoughts when you speak, keep all your energy on the current topic and you will sound more compelling
*Octave ~ your voice makes pressures in bands of notes and its important to again find your right range for your voice
*Volume ~ you must choose the appropriate occasions to raise or lower your voice
*Softness ~ your voice should have some level of softness to it and not harshness, which signals danger-stay away
*Energy ~ your voice’s unique rhythm, syllable stress, use of intonation, and adding pauses to your speech
*Clarity ~ your voice should clearly and sharply shape your words
Inflection ~ your voice’s ups & downs in sounds of your language
*Harmony ~ how your voice bring these sound elements as well as other parts of you ( mind, body, spirit, & soul ) together as one

If you approach each one of these and seek to perfect them in our voice, you will have great resonance with others and create a pleasant response in their moods & actions toward you.

Now go and create mellifluous sounds with your internal instrument and great wonder called the VOICE!
